This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune Division for a Senior Director of Operations. The Senior Director of Operations will oversee daily operational activities and ensure efficient business processes. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, analyzing performance metrics, overseeing budgeting and cost management, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. The role also involves leading and mentoring teams to achieve organizational goals while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and the ability to design and optimize business processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating operational performance and making data-driven decisions
• Experience in Team Management and leadership to inspire and guide diverse teams
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost management to ensure efficient use of resources
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and uphold stakeholder satisfaction
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
• Experience in a senior operational leadership role is highly desirable
