Shift Timings – 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM IST with Two-way cab

Note – Candidates with Healthcare experience are required

Role Summary

The Associate Director – Content Management will lead the enterprise content infrastructure, driving the design and scale of systems, standards, governance, and analytics to enable secure, efficient, and reusable content across portfolios.

This role will head a global Content Center of Excellence (COE), collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology teams to embed compliance and AI-driven automation into end-to-end content operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for enterprise content infrastructure, ensuring scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Build and lead a global Content COE, centralizing content creation, governance, and maintenance of a single source-of-truth library (DAM, CMS, DXM, workflow tools)
• Establish and govern content standards, taxonomy, metadata, and version control frameworks to enhance discoverability, reuse, and personalization
• Design and implement structured workflows across the content lifecycle (intake, creation, review, approval, publishing, localization, and retirement)
• Embed compliance-by-design principles, including audit trails, expiry controls, role-based access, and regulatory approval processes
• Drive adoption of AI and automation in content operations (auto-tagging, content generation, templating, localization), ensuring appropriate governance and human oversight
• Own and evolve the content platforms and tooling roadmap in partnership with Technology teams, focusing on integrations, performance, and data quality
• Lead content lifecycle management, including audits, updates aligned with regulatory/product changes, and retirement of obsolete content
• Define and monitor enterprise KPIs and dashboards (content usage, reuse rates, turnaround time, compliance metrics, and cost optimization)
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Portfolio teams to align content capabilities with go-to-market strategies
• Drive organizational adoption through training programs, governance councils, playbooks, and stakeholder engagement
• Deliver executive-level insights, reporting, and recommendations on optimization, investments, and risk management

Qualifications & Experience

• 13–15 years of overall experience, with at least 10+ years in content strategy, marketing operations, or enterprise content management
• Proven experience in building and governing large-scale content ecosystems (DAM, CMS, workflow platforms, metadata frameworks)
• Strong understanding of AI-driven content technologies and experience implementing them responsibly in enterprise environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership in matrix organizations
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, BFSI) with strong compliance awareness
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
