City Operations Head (Multiple Cities) Full Time NEW

Overview

Allo Health is looking for a City Head to own and grow our operations in different regions, currently 12 clinics, expanding to 14-15 over the next few months. This is a leadership role with full accountability for city revenue, clinic performance, and team development across doctors and patient-facing staff.

The right candidate has a track record of building trust with doctors, developing frontline teams, and driving measurable business outcomes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations and Growth

• Own end-to-end clinic performance across 12+ locations, covering metrics like revenue, patient conversion, retention, and appointment fulfilment
• Assess clinic health on a weekly basis and prioritise intervention, monitoring, or protection accordingly
• Lead operational readiness for 2-3 new clinic launches, including doctor onboarding and team stabilisation

Doctor Relationship Management

• Build and sustain trusted relationships with 14+ doctors across Bangalore
• Conduct structured monthly reviews with each doctor, focused on career growth, earnings trajectory, and clinic experience
• Identify and close performance gaps in partnership with central clinical and operations teams

Team Development

• Lead a team of 14 patient-facing executives and cluster leads
• Drive capability development through structured training, regular feedback, and performance conversations
• Build a culture where gaps are identified and resolved at the team level, before they require escalation
• Run monthly recognition meets and maintain consistent team engagement across clinics

City Performance

• Own Bangalore’s growth and present performance reviews with a clear diagnosis and recommended actions
• Manage local demand levers such as online platform presence, patient reviews, and clinic-level outreach activity
• Monitor cost efficiency across clinics and raise operational issues proactively through the right channels

Experience Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing multi-location operations with teams of 15 or more
• Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with doctors or clinical stakeholders
• Strong analytical grounding and comfortable using data to diagnose problems and drive decisions
• Background in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or D2C health preferred. Candidates from adjacent industries with strong clinical stakeholder experience will be considered

• Field-first approach, with significant time spent across clinics rather than behind a desk
• Ability to distinguish between demand, supply, and people problems and act accordingly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across clinical, operational, and business stakeholders
• Willingness to travel regularly across Bangalore clinic locations
