Key Requirements
- Deep understanding of global and national green building standards, including IGBC, LEED, and EDGE. Certification in green buildings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ESG issues relevant to the real estate industry, including decarbonization, waste management, green building standards and sustainable construction materials
- Deep understanding of ESG reporting and rating frameworks such as GRI, DJSI, GRESB, SASB, TCFD, CDP, UNGC and MSCI
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders
