Role Overview

Partner – People Operations will drive HR operational excellence, regulatory adherence & data governance. The role enables RateGain’s rapid scale by ensuring HR processes are standardized, audit-ready, digitally optimized, and aligned to global People & Culture strategy.

You will partner closely with the global HR teams to execute people programs that support RateGain’s People First, Innovation, Teamwork, Ownership Mindset, and Customer Obsession values.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations Leadership
• Own HR service delivery across onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, employee lifecycle queries, benefits governance.
• Build operational consistency across diverse geographies as aligned with RateGain’s push for scalable global people practices.
• Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and data privacy requirements across APMEA
• Serve as compliance custodian for the APMEA region, partnering with Legal and Corporate HR on audits, investigations, and governance reviews.
• Translate global standards into localized compliance frameworks in line with RateGain’s multi‑country operating model.
• HR Policy Governance & Controls
• Manage governance, communication, and audit readiness aligning with Corporate HR.
• Drive uniform interpretation and deployment of people policies across countries and business units.
• HRIS, Data Accuracy & Digital HR
• Work with HR Ops & Tech teams to ensure data integrity across HRMS systems used at RateGain.
• Champion digital HR, AI‑enablement, and zero‑manual‑intervention processes consistent with RateGain’s innovation culture.
• Employee Relations & Risk Management
• Handle region‑specific ER matters, investigations, grievance resolution, and ethical issue governance.
• Strengthen leadership capability by advising managers on ER frameworks and best practices.
• Cross-Country Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
• Work closely with HR leadership (APMEA, Americas, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to align operational plans with global goals as RateGain enhances its global people leadership structure.
• Partner with Technology, Finance, Legal, and Business heads to implement scalable HR processes enabling rapid SaaS growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–6 years in HR Operations, Compliance, HR Governance in multinational or multi‑regional environments.
• Experience in HRIS (DarwinBox, Workday, UKG, SAP, PeopleSoft).
• Background in high‑growth tech, SaaS, or global capability centers is preferred.
