Role: Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management – Warehouse Operations

Location: Ghaziabad

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The team aims to deliver an exceptional customer experience by achieving maximum On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries through a cost-efficient, optimized supply network, robust system automations, and strong vendor partnerships. The team plays a pivotal role in realizing our aspiration to reach millions of students, while building a future-ready, scalable, and responsive operations backbone. As a Senior Manager – Warehouse Operations, you will lead and optimize end-to-end warehouse processes across multiple locations. Your focus will be on operational excellence, cost optimization, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management. You will support the warehouse head in driving key performance metrics, resolving escalations, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. This is a strategic and execution-focused leadership role requiring deep operational insight and strong collaboration skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end warehousing operations (receiving, shipping, storage) across the designated region, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and high performance.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy, OTIF, Order processing TAT, and Dispatch TAT
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional SOPs, workflow improvements, space utilization strategies, and cost-efficiency measures.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety, sanitation, and security protocols across all facilities to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and oversee the performance of local warehouse supervisors and staff.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and analyze performance data for efficiency gains

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• 6–8 years in warehouse or supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience with warehouse analytics, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement programs
