As Senior Manager of APAC Integrated Supply Chain Finance here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategies and enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the financial aspects of our integrated supply chain, making a significant impact on the organization’s performance.

You will report directly to our CFO of Integrated Supply Chain for Honeywell Industrial Automation and you’ll work out of our Pune factory location.

You will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and optimizing supply chain operations. By providing financial guidance and support, you will contribute to improving business performance and profitability. Your strategic decision-making and financial analysis skills will help identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements within the supply chain. This will result in increased cost efficiency and enhanced overall supply chain effectiveness.

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goals
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data driven insights
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities
• Lead and manage the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team, providing financial guidance and support to drive business performance and profitability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize supply chain operations and improve cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

Experience : 10-12+ years

Education : Graduation (Finance Related)

Travel: 20% Global
