The Supply Chain Operations Lead will diagnose the Inventory flow processes, identify improvement opportunities, implement improvement strategies, and guide the improvement effort. Data driven approach and decision making required for motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment where explosive growth is occurring while achieving exponential demand.

Position requires a candidate with the proven ability to facilitate and guide the application of continuous improvement efforts to sync with the process design to execution phases. Interested in solving complex problems and contributing to the fastest growing Pan India business to solve supply chain challenges from an end-to-end supply perspective. Incorporating constraints on materials and logistics and the complexity of products and positions, to continue transformation of the supply chain and deliver to customers.

Required Skills:

• Design and implement processes for Jiva School Zonal Logistics – Last Mile and First Mile operations.Drive Milk run for the last mile and first mile optimizations
• Establish efficient and fool proof Cross docking
• Drive incremental changes in current processes to increase productivity and process efficiencies using process optimizations techniques
• Through data analysis identify operations development projects and drive improvement
• De-bottleneck day to day operation process roadblocks by collaborating with cross functional teams involving Technology, Operations, Sales, Development, Analytics & Finance etc.
• Facilitating a Cross Function meeting to understand the key drivers for variability.
• Driving and implementing the buffer inventory strategy to ensure the continuity of supply- establishing
• Creating and publishing metrics such as Stock levels, Reorder levels etc.
• Streamlining processes that are scalable across the Pan India Supplies.
• Apply your knowledge of supply chain, inventory modelling, forecasting and supply planning to deliver results
• Collaborate Cross functional teams to drive consensus and address gaps
• Material and Inventory management
• Achieve the inventory target keeping inventory level at the optimized level avoiding excess or wasteful inventory
• Maintain our inventory accuracy by solving any discrepancy in a timely manner and developing counter measures
• Maintain Material master in Jiva School ERP system to drive demand accurately
• Manage material phase in/phase out and changes.
• Manage regular stock taking and scrap activities
• Supply and demand until material ROL/EOL
• Manage customer forecast, orders, and delivery in ERP system to ensure on time delivery to customer
• Work with Jiva School 3PL warehouses to coordinate inbound and outbound transportation
• Solve inbound/outbound delivery issues working with 3PL warehouse. Track and improve 3PL warehouse operation performance.

Experience:

• Supply Chain Warehousing & logistics
• Experience in diverse Supply Chain roles
• Knowledge of Supply Value Chain Last & First Mile operations
• Knowledge of Cross docking and distribution networks
• Understands principles of E2E Supply Chain Network Design
• Thorough understanding of Lean & Six Sigma concepts
• Good knowledge of Data Analysis tool
• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, creating structure and working in dynamic & challenging environments with fast timelines
• High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop problem solutions modelling.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality
