The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth & Performance Marketer who can own ZOCA’s marketing charter end-to-end. You’ll be joining a growing team and taking full ownership of ZOCA’s SEO and performance marketing engine. This is a builder’s role — you’ll be expected to get into the weeds, run campaigns yourself, and drive measurable growth from day one.

What You’ll Own

SEO

• Build and execute a full SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page optimisation, content planning, and technical SEO
• Drive organic traffic growth through a consistent content calendar (blogs, landing pages, case studies)
• Track rankings, monitor competitors, and continuously improve search visibility
• Work with the product and tech team to ensure the website is optimised for crawlability and performance

Performance Marketing

• Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn — owning budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative briefs
• Optimise for CAC and ROAS; build and iterate on landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Run A/B tests across ads, copy, and creative; turn insights into action quickly
• Set up and own the performance marketing stack — tracking, attribution, dashboards

Growth & Brand

• Own the overall marketing funnel — from awareness to activation — and identify the highest-leverage growth levers
• Build ZOCA’s digital presence: website, social, community, and content
• Collaborate with sales and customer success on GTM campaigns and product launches
• Bring structure to marketing ops — reporting, budget management, and vendor coordination

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a growth, digital, or performance marketing role
• Proven track record with SEO (content + technical) and paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Meta/Google Ads Manager
• Bias for action: you don’t wait for a brief, you write the brief
• Good with words — you can write crisp ad copy and clear content without a copywriter on speed dial
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) is a bonus
