What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a team of two within the Diversity Pillar of the Global Unlocking Potential (‘UP’) team reporting into the Global UP Director shaping the strategy and execution of Unlocking Potential at BCG for our award-winning D&I networks, alongside other strategic D&I projects and squads.
As Global Unlocking Potential (‘UP’) Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic direction and delivering the operational execution of BCG’s Global UP Centre of Excellence with a focus on D&I networks (such as AccessAbility@BCG, Pride@BCG, Women) and strategically important squads. You will own and support key initiatives and also liaison with and support various teams (globally, regionally, locally, and within BUs), to define high-impact strategies and enable consistent and smooth programme delivery across geographies. You will be part of the team responsible to ensure our Diversity networks have a sharp value proposition with excellent execution for BCGers enabling them to perform at their best, and ensuring BCG remains an employer of choice and leading in the market.
