I am currently looking for a job change in the HR domain and have 2 years of experience in HR, with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.

In my current role, I have been responsible for:

Managing internal end-to-end recruitment, including hiring for external UK clients across IT and Non-IT roles (screening, interview scheduling, offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding confirmation)
Handling BGV, onboarding, HR documentation, induction, training plans, PIP, and appraisal processes
Managing attendance, leave tracking, employee allowances, and incentives
Supporting payroll processes through HRMS software and coordinating PF/PT compliances
Assisting in HR policy implementation and statutory compliance
Coordinating with vendors, managing facilities and office supplies, and driving employee engagement initiatives
Acting as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries and leadership coordination
