We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise routing and switching to architect, implement, and optimize a high‑availability global network. This role is both strategic and hands‑on — you will design core network infrastructure, lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and serve as the final escalation point for major incidents.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design of scalable routing and switching architectures across data centers, campuses, and remote sites.
Architect solutions using BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EVPN‑VXLAN, and VRF-based segmentation.
Define and maintain network standards, golden configurations, and best practices.
Lead major upgrades, migrations, and network modernization projects.
Implement advanced features including L2/L3 redundancy, MLAG, and QoS.
Serve as Tier 4 escalation for complex network incidents and performance issues.
Improve monitoring and observability with SNMP/Telemetry, NetFlow/sFlow, and Syslog.
Partner with Security to enhance segmentation, NAC/802.1X, and zero-trust efforts.
Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
15+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
Expertise in BGP, OSPF, and at least one advanced domain (MPLS, EVPN/ VXLAN, SD‑WAN((Silverpeak)).
Mastery of L2/L3 fundamentals including STP, VLANs, VRFs, HSRP/VRRP, LACP/MLAG.
Strong experience with Cisco.
Deep troubleshooting and incident response capabilities.
