Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Trainee/Officer based in Goregaon. The selected candidate will be involved in assisting with project planning, execution, and monitoring, supporting cross-departmental coordination, and maintaining documentation and reports. Responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of processes to support project objectives. The role requires collaboration with team members and leadership to ensure projects meet quality, efficiency, and timeline goals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
• Analytical and research skills to collect, evaluate, and interpret data
• Proficient in creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Adaptability and ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Educational qualification in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related fields is preferred
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries is an advantage
