Senior IT Delivery Manager – Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals Full Time NEW

We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Senior IT Delivery Manager with expertise in managing technology portfolios within regulated pharmaceutical and life sciences environments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in IT project delivery, and the ability to build and sustain senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of IT projects, driving timely and quality outcomes within budget
• Establish delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and performance metrics across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and resolving issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, SDLC/Agile methodologies, and regulatory requirements such as GxP
• Promote adoption of AI capabilities to enhance the software development lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure continuity and predictable success
• Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, nurturing trust and credibility
• Align solutions with client business needs, industry challenges, and strategic objectives
• Deliver executive presentations and provide clear, business-oriented insights on complex technical deliverables
• Provide leadership to diverse project teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of high performance
• Support capability development, talent planning, and team motivation across distributed teams
• Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, and financial controls, ensuring efficient resource utilization
• Oversee vendor and partner performance, ensuring adherence to contracts, service levels, and quality standards

Requirements

• 18-22 years of experience in Information Technology
• 10+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs, including complex, multi-project portfolios
• 7+ years of experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals
• Qualifications in enterprise technologies including digital transformation, cloud migration, and data platforms
• Strong competency in SDLC, Agile/Hybrid methodologies, and IT governance frameworks
• Advanced capability in client stakeholder management and executive communication
• Background in working with cross-functional global delivery teams
