Job Role: This position will be reporting to respective RMX Managers in the regions and will be accountable for the following objectives at given work area:
Achieving Sales and Collection targets in both new and existing RMCs.
Should have experience in sales of doifferent products like Cement/Aggregates/Admixture to RMX Customers.
Generating leads and converting them to business.
Achieve profitability by selling value added products
Implementing the market development plans under guidance of Zonal Head.
Need to have good relation in builder developer segment
Taking initiative for product trial at RMCs in coordination with site QC.
RMX includes National RMX companies and other regional/local companies.
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP: 5-8 Years of Experience in Building Material Industry
Nature Of Experience
Candidate should have worked in the sales department of Cement/Aggregate/Admixture/ Ready-Mix Concrete
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong in communication Skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
