Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic engineering graduates to join our plaster manufacturing plant as Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / Management Trainee (MT). The selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to plant production operations, process control, safety practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day production operations in plaster manufacturing plant.
- Monitor process parameters and equipment performance to ensure smooth plant operation.
- Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify process abnormalities and support troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for efficient operations.
- Follow plant safety standards, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and operational data.
- Participate in 5S, TPM, safety initiatives, and process improvement projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of manufacturing / process industry operations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shift operations and plant environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn industrial processes
What You Will Learn
- Plaster manufacturing process including calcination, mixing, and packing operations
- Exposure to industrial equipment such as mixers, conveyors, mills, and dust collection systems
- Safety systems and process control in a manufacturing plant
