Job Profile

Responsible for the efficient day-to-day activities of all cinema activities as per the instruction of SSRE/SRE Should be proactive and highly energetic and fulfil all the responsibilities with complete dedication.

Should be able to handle the customer queries and tackle situations smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities

Handling the Counters :-

• Should be responsible for handling the customer at the food counter and the Cinema Counter.
• Should be responsible to generate the movie tickets on the Ticket counter and deliver food items at the Food counter.

Handling Box Office:

• Make sure all required items available for smooth operation.
• Inform his team about special booking or corporate booking .Collects information from SSRE/SRA Routinely check of uniform standard of SRA/SRT.

Concession:-

• Proper service of food items;
• Maintain record of the sale;
• Routinely check the machines (equipment).

Other activities:-

• Give complete and clear information with the ticket about the Audi no. and floor Maintain neat, tidy, well organized, well stocked items for operation.
• Handle special request e.g. Refund, enquiry pleasantly and courteously.
• Prepare the counter well before entry and intervals for maximum efficiency.
• Tries to upgrade the sale, sell combos, special promotion.
• Is always visible and available to assist customer needs.
• Help customer even when customer has not directly approached him, comes up with new ideas that help improve profits or customer service.
• Maintain high level of grooming standard.
• Take on the responsibility of team performance and handling any contingencies in the absence of AM/SSRE.
• Is a role model in terms of his performance, personality and taking initiative?

10th /12th Passed

Generic skills

Good communication and presentation skills; Age should be in between 18 – 25 years only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
