We are hiring result-driven Academic Counsellors / Career Advisors to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right career path and training programs. This role involves counselling, lead conversion, and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide detailed counselling to students and working professionals regarding IT courses (Data Science, Full Stack Development, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Understand candidates educational background, career goals, and skill gap to recommend the most suitable program
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails in a timely manner
- Drive end-to-end admission process by effectively converting leads into enrollments
- Explain course structure, curriculum, career opportunities, and placement support to prospective learners
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with candidates through continuous follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding experience for students
- Stay updated with industry trends and course offerings to provide accurate guidance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹37,481.30 per month
