Social Media & Content Executive Full Time NEW

About the Role

Peppy is looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to support and manage day-to-day execution across social media, content production, and creator coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how digital content works and is looking to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Execution

• Manage and schedule posts across platforms (reels, stories, posts)
• Ensure accuracy in captions, tags, formats, and publishing timelines
• Maintain content calendars and posting schedules

Content & UGC Coordination

• Coordinate with creators for content production (UGC)
• Share briefs, references, and follow up on deliverables
• Track submissions, revisions, and final outputs

Shoot Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing shoots
• Coordinate with models, locations, and required resources
• Support on-ground execution during shoot days

Agency Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for external partners/agencies
• Share briefs, track timelines, and follow up on deliverables

Tracking & Organisation

• Maintain trackers for content, creators, and campaigns
• Ensure all assets are organised and accessible
• Flag delays, gaps, or issues in a timely manner

Requirements

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Attention to detail and execution quality
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Good to Have

• Prior experience (internship/project) in social media or content
• Familiarity with short-form content (Instagram Reels, etc.)
• Comfort coordinating with multiple stakeholders
