Service Business Operations Executive Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Service Business Operations Executive to manage and optimize day-to-day service processes, ensure smooth coordination between teams, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves operational planning, service delivery monitoring, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service operations and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate between internal teams (sales, support, technical)
• Monitor service performance, KPIs, and SLA compliance
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and service issues
• Maintain operational reports and dashboards
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Support billing, invoicing, and service-related financial tracking

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Knowledge of CRM or service management software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in service-based or operations-driven industries
• Understanding of customer service processes
• Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
