We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented US IT Technical Recruiter to join our team in Noida Sector 62. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
* Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
* Source candidates using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
* Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
* Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback
* Negotiate salary/rates and manage offer rollouts
* Maintain candidate pipeline and database
* Build strong relationships with candidates and clients

Required Skills:
* Strong understanding of US IT technologies (Java, .NET, Salesforce, Data, Cloud, etc.)
* Experience with ATS and job portals
* Good knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
