Description About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for our client. This remote position involves managing FP&A processes, investment analysis, treasury oversight, and executive reporting while supporting leadership with data-driven financial insights.
What You’ll Do
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across all departments
- Build financial models for valuation, ROI analysis, and investment decisions
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity monitoring
- Prepare monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and board presentations
- Conduct variance analysis and provide written commentary on performance
- Partner with operations, sales, and product teams on financial strategy
- Supervise and mentor financial analysts and junior team members
- Support M&A activities, due diligence, and investor relations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards and internal controls
- Monitor debt covenants and coordinate with banking partners
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis)
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred
- Experience with M&A transactions and capital raising is a plus
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) preferred
- SaaS or professional services industry experience is beneficial
