Freight Broker (100% Remote) – upto 40% CommissionThe Role

Seeking a high-performing Freight Broker with 6 months to 2 years of US logistics experience. This is a 100% commission-based role for those with a portable Book of Business who want high payouts and zero office politics.

Requirements

• Experience: 6 months –2 yrs in US Freight Brokering (Required).
• Book of Business: Must have active, direct shipper relationships.
• Expertise: Skilled in OTR/Drayage and navigating DAT/Truckstop.
• Autonomy: Ability to manage the full lifecycle of a load independently.

The Deal

• Commission: Up to 40% split (No base salary).
• Payments: Biweekly payouts on all completed loads.
• Flexibility: Work from anywhere; no micromanagement.
• Back-Office: We handle carrier vetting and billing so you can focus on sales.
