Manufacturing Operations Specialist Full Time NEW

At JSD Electronics, we are scaling fast in the IoT & Automotive , telecom Electronics space, and we’re looking for a strong Operations Leader to drive our manufacturing to the next level.

This role is not for someone who just plans — we need a hands-on leader with a true ownership mindset.

🔧 What you will own:
• End-to-end manufacturing operations (Production, PPC, Quality, Dispatch)
• Driving daily output, efficiency & process discipline
• Building and leading high-performance shop floor teams
• Implementing systems, SOPs, and scalable processes
• Ensuring on-time delivery and operational excellence

👤 Who should apply:
• Experience in electronics / EMS / manufacturing setups
• Strong team leadership with execution focus
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, growth environments
• A “doer” who can build, fix, and scale operations
