Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Full Time NEW

At JSD Electronics, we are expanding our manufacturing capabilities in the IoT & Automotive Electronics domain, and we’re looking for a quality-driven professional who can take full ownership of our quality systems.

⚙️ Role Overview:
This is a critical role responsible for end-to-end quality planning and implementation across manufacturing and supply chain.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end quality planning & process implementation
• Drive customer quality & complaint resolution (CAPA)
• Reduce defects and improve first-pass yield & lead time
• Lead vendor quality development & audits
• Implement and maintain ISO systems
• Work towards IATF standards (automotive quality systems)
• Ensure strong in-process and final quality control

👤 Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in electronics manufacturing / EMS
• Strong knowledge of quality tools & root cause analysis
• Exposure to ISO systems; IATF knowledge preferred
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Strong ownership mindset with problem-solving approach
