Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Global Sourcing Specialist. Based in New Delhi with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements, the role involves sourcing high-quality electronic components from suppliers worldwide. The Global Sourcing Specialist will evaluate and manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, coordinate procurement activities, and analyze data to ensure cost efficiency and supply chain effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet company goals and maintain a seamless supply chain is a core part of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Management to ensure high-quality partnerships
- Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Procurement processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance and optimize costs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and suppliers globally
- Proficiency with procurement software and tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
