Job Description Who We Are Looking For:
Responsible for the reviewing, analyzing and approval of client’s activities associated with external asset managers. Under the direction of the Officer/AVP/VP, monitor assigned accounts to ensure they are meeting client’s requirements. Expected to work with reasonable oversight to identify exceptions and escalate issues once appropriate research has been completed.>

What You Will Be Responsible For:
As an Associate 2 you will:
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, timely execution of daily trade lifecycle activities, and a proactive approach to issue identification and escalation.
- Complete trade reconciliations promptly to ensure accurate books and records and prevent downstream operational or reporting risk.
- Validate, approve, and confirm trade transactions as completed, providing timely status updates.
- Take ownership of issues through to resolution, consulting with the manager where clarification or escalation is required.
- Prioritize and manage multiple reporting deadlines, maintaining checklists to ensure all requirements are met prior to report approval.
- Validate and approve reports, providing updates as reports are completed and distributed.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Accounting, Portfolio Control, and Fee Billing.
- Remain familiar with back?up procedures during system application or transmission issues to ensure continuity of processing.
- Build cooperative and professional internal and external relationships in support of team and client objectives.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate or Master’s degree preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, with knowledge of securities markets, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with BI or automation tools is considered an added advantage.
