We are hiring an enthusiastic Operations Executive for outbound calling of loan products and collection. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan offerings, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the internal team to close applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to generate loan leads
• Explain personal/business loan products to customers
• Qualify prospects and schedule follow-ups
• Maintain CRM records

Requirements:

• GOOD ENGLISHI SPEAKING skill is MUST
• Strong communication and convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of loan/financial products (preferred)
• Target-oriented and confident personality

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
