In-Process Quality Inspector / FARO Operator Full Time

We are looking for Fabrication Fitter

You’ll make a difference by

• Material Inspection: Create measurement programs acc. to the measurement plan for FARO measurement, Conduct detailed inspections of the components based on technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards, Use measuring tools such as FARO arm, calipers, micrometers, gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances, Identify any defects, deviations, or non-conformities in the received materials.
• Quality Assurance & Documentation: Maintain inspection records and reports of components, Ensure compliance with the required industry standards, company policies, and customer specifications, Work closely with production team to address any quality issues.
• Non-Conformance Handling: Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and report findings to the Quality Supervisor/Engineer, Assist in conducting root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation.
• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with the production teams to ensure the produce right quality product, Provide feedback on quality issues and suggest improvements in product quality.
• Equipment Maintenance & Safety Compliance: Ensure proper use and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment, Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
