Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Human Resources Consultant. The consultant will assist in developing HR policies, managing day-to-day employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role includes providing support in HR management activities, advising on HR best practices, and contributing to the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Experience in HR Management and creating HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Relations and ability to foster positive workplace environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
