Job Location – Sonipat, Haryana

Position – Head – Supply Chain Management

Exp – 18 to 25 Years

Strong exposure to: Heavy engineering / transformers / EPC Industries – Mandatory

Role Mandate: Lead and transform the end-to-end supply chain for the Transformers business to

ensure: (1) On-time material availability (2) Cost competitiveness (3) Vendor reliability & quality

(4) Working capital efficiency

This role is critical to delivery performance, margins, and customer satisfaction

Functional Expertise

• Strategic sourcing (metals, electrical components)

• Production planning (MRP / S&OP)

• Vendor development

• Logistics (heavy equipment preferred)

Leadership Experience

• Should have Led: Procurement + Planning + Logistics teams

• Should have Managed: Large vendor base

• Worked closely with: Plant & operations teams
