Job Title: Brand Marketing Associate

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of brand initiatives across digital and offline channels. This role will focus on strengthening brand positioning, driving awareness, and ensuring consistent communication across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns across digital, social, marketplace, and offline channels
● Coordinate with creative, performance, product, and marketplace teams to ensure brand consistency
● Support in campaign ideation, content planning, and calendar management
● Work closely with design and content teams to develop marketing collaterals
● Track campaign performance and share post-campaign analysis and insights
● Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships (if applicable)
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
● Support in product launches and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications & Experience
● 1–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Digital Marketing / Marketing Communications
● Experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer brands preferred
● Strong understanding of digital platforms and brand storytelling
● Good analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics
● Excellent communication and coordination skills
