IT support – share broking Full Time

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, trading platforms, and technical systems in a stock broking.

Key Responsibilities1. System & Network Management

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, and networks
• Ensure uninterrupted connectivity of trading systems (NSE, BSE, MCX platforms)
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware/software as required

2. Trading Software Support

• Support trading applications such as ODIN, NEST, NOW, RMS, and back-office systems
• Resolve technical issues faced by dealers, traders, and back-office teams
• Coordinate with vendors/exchanges for system updates and troubleshooting

3. System Monitoring & Performance

• Monitor system performance to avoid downtime
• Ensure high availability of trading terminals and servers
• Maintain logs and performance reports

4. Data Security & Backup

• Implement data security measures and cybersecurity protocols
• Handle regular data backup and disaster recovery processes
• Ensure compliance with IT and financial data security standards

5. IT Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist in onboarding new employees with system setup

6. Software Development / Integration (if required)

• Assist in development or customization of trading platforms or internal tools
• API integration with exchanges and financial systems
• Maintain documentation for systems and processes

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
