About the Role:
JSW Steel Limited is looking for a seasoned finance leader to drive process transformation, strengthen internal financial controls, and enable standardization across finance functions. This role will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, governance, and digital adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transformation of finance processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Hire-to-Retire (H2R), Record-to-Report (R2R), Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, and Treasury
- Drive standardization and optimization of finance processes across the organization
- Implement best-in-class practices through benchmarking and digital tools
- Establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for key finance functions
- Strengthen and automate Internal Financial Controls (IFCR)
- Build robust entity-level and business financial controls
- Drive process changes in line with regulatory requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- CA with 15–18 years of experience in finance transformation / controllership
- Strong expertise in finance process controls and governance frameworks
- Proven experience in driving large-scale transformation and automation initiatives
