About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Intern who can help us keep things running smoothly across teams. This role is all about coordination, follow-ups, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure tasks are moving as planned
- Track ongoing work, timelines, and key deliverables
- Follow up with stakeholders to drive closure on action items
- Help manage day-to-day operational workflows
- Maintain trackers, documents, and basic reports
- Support in solving on-ground operational issues
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High ownership and ability to follow through
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
