Job Description: Online English Tutor (Grades 9–12)

Position: Online English Tutor (Higher Grades)

Job Type: Part-Time / Freelance

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM IST (Fixed Schedule)

Compensation: ₹300 – 350 per hour

About the Role:

iTutormind is looking for passionate and experienced English Tutors to teach students from Grades 9–12 following an International Curriculum (IGCSE/IB equivalent).

This role is ideal for educators who can enhance students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills while building confidence in English in an engaging online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live, interactive online English classes

Teach grammar, literature, writing, and comprehension

Help students improve reading, writing, and speaking skills

Guide students in exam preparation and structured answer writing

Use engaging and student-friendly teaching methods

Encourage critical thinking and effective communication

Provide constructive feedback to improve performance

Maintain a positive and interactive virtual classroom

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

Master’s Degree in English (Mandatory)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching Grades 9–12

Strong command of English language and literature

Excellent communication and explanation skills

Comfortable with online teaching platforms

Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with International Curriculum (IGCSE, IB, CBSE)

Prior experience in online teaching or edtech platforms
