Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial, custodial, laundry, and housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Monitor daily cleaning schedules and assign tasks effectively to meet operational standards
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
• Lead training sessions for staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance
• Address any operational issues promptly by troubleshooting problems or escalating them as necessary
• Foster a team-oriented environment by motivating staff, providing feedback, and promoting professional development

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in cleaning, custodial, or hospitality environments
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams efficiently
• Extensive janitorial and commercial cleaning experience, including hotel or hospitality settings preferred
• Knowledge of laundry operations and housekeeper management practices
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with safety standards and health regulations relevant to facility maintenance
