What will you be doing at Atrium?
In this role, you will join the best and brightest in the industry to skillfully push the boundaries of what’s possible by uncovering predictive insights. You will work with customers to make smarter decisions through innovative problem-solving using AI, Analytics, and systems of intelligence. You will partner to advise, implement and optimize solutions through industry expertise, leading cloud platforms and data science.
As a Sr. Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce’s Force.com capabilities and making recommendations to support a rapidly increasing organisation. Develops custom code using Visualforce, APEX, Java and other technologies to build customised solutions supporting business initiatives/processes. Implements best practices by developing, refining, iterating, testing, staging and deploying maintainable technical solutions. Integrates Salesforce.com with other systems
In this role, you will
- Act as application functionality and technology expert, as well as a full life-cycle
- Owner of applications
- Engage in requirements elaboration and clarification with business analysis and end-user teams
- Involved in the architecture & technical planning process for new & existing features, and created the detailed design in support of the requirements
- Develop logical and high-quality code that meets functional specifications along with technical requirements for reusability, maintainability, and scalability when appropriate
- Document logical and deployment architecture & maintain the development environment
- Establish best practices around Salesforce.com solutions
- Ensure technical consistency and stability within an application: performance, reliability and maintainability
- Work with on-site/off-site developers, as well as perform hands-on Salesforce.com development (Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, Custom Objects, etc.)
- Handle web services API integrations with other internal and 3rd Party systems
- Communicate risks and issues clearly to project stakeholders
In This Role, You Will Have
- BS degree or equivalent with 4+ years of IT experience and at least 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture, design, and development OR any other object-oriented programming language.
- Strong Object-Oriented Development Skills
- Good to have experience on the FSC side :
- Experience extending the Financial Services Cloud data model, specifically managing the logic between Person Accounts and Households and customizing the Actionable Relationship Center (ARC).
- Hands-on experience building complex OmniScripts and FlexCards, with understanding of Data Mappers and Integration Procedures to connect Salesforce with Core Banking Systems.
- Experience implementing Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring) and writing secure code that adheres to FINRA, SEC, and GDPR compliance standards.
- Experience in writing performant, scalable Apex and LWC, with the ability to determine when to utilize Advanced Flow versus programmatic triggers to minimize technical debt and maximize org efficiency.
- Proficiency in the Salesforce.com development environment including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, IDE, Triggers, Migration Tools, Communities and Web Service integration
- Excellent focus on Apex testing and governor limits
- Knowledge of the following technologies is a strong plus: Java/J2EE, Oracle.
- Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Admin Certification a must
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Advanced Developer Certifications are plus
