Key Responsibilities
- Undergo structured product training to gain in-depth ERP knowledge
- Provide technical support and resolve client queries (schools/admin/staff)
- Conduct monthly feedback & review calls with assigned clients
- Assist clients in smooth onboarding and product adoption
- Prepare and share monthly performance & usage reports
- Identify recurring issues and suggest product/process improvements
- Coordinate with internal tech and product teams for escalations
- Maintain proper documentation of tickets and resolutions
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
