Role Description
We are seeking a full-time AR Caller Executive specializing in Medical Billing for US Healthcare. This on-site role is based in Ahmedabad. The responsibility includes analyzing claims, reaching out to insurance companies to resolve denials, ensuring timely reimbursement, and providing accurate updates and documentation regarding claim statuses. The AR Caller Executive will collaborate with internal teams to facilitate claims resolution and maintain compliance with client standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AR Calling, including claim follow-ups, denial handling, and performing appeals
- Strong knowledge and understanding of medical billing workflows and revenue cycle management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with insurance representatives
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve claim discrepancies
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting claim information and updating records
- Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and medical billing software
- Familiarity with US healthcare processes, terminology, and insurance regulations
- Prior experience in medical billing or the healthcare industry is preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in healthcare, business, or a related field is beneficial
