Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, empathetic, and research-driven Content & Script Writer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for producing high-impact written and spoken content across multiple formats: video scripts (YouTube, ads, courses), social media posts, email sequences, landing page copy, and student workbooks.

You will work directly with Mr. Vedic Kesari to translate complex ideas (cognitive skills, emotional intelligence, spiritual sutras) into simple, engaging, and action-oriented language for students, parents, and teachers.

Key Responsibilities1. Script Writing (Primary Focus)

• Write short-form video scripts (30 sec – 3 min) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads (e.g., hooks, pain points, solution, CTA).
• Write long-form scripts for YouTube videos (5–15 min) – educational, motivational, or explainer.
• Create sales webinar scripts and live event anchor scripts.

2. Content Writing

• Develop landing page copy that converts (hero, benefits, testimonials, CTA).
• Write email sequences (welcome, nurture, sales, follow-up).
• Craft social media captions (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) that align with brand voice: authoritative, compassionate, hopeful.
• Produce student-facing materials: worksheets, journal prompts, daily challenge descriptions.

3. Brand Voice & Research

• Maintain a consistent, authentic voice: wise but not preachy, scientific but warm, aspirational yet grounded.
• Research topics such as: cognitive biases, study techniques, emotional regulation, mindfulness, WEF skills, Indian exam system pressures.

4. Collaboration & Revisions

• Work closely with the founder (Mr. Vedic Kesari) and the marketing team.
• Accept feedback gracefully and iterate quickly. Deadline-driven environment.
