Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly creative Junior Associate – Social Media Management & Content Creation with a strong grasp of content tools and platform management. This role requires someone who can generate fresh, engaging ideas and execute them efficiently while managing day-to-day social media operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts across platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube
Create engaging content including reels, short videos, pins, and static creatives
Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform-specific formats to keep content relevant
Execute end-to-end content creation—from ideation to publishing
Use content creation and editing tools to produce high-quality, platform-optimized assets
Coordinate with influencers, creators, and internal teams for collaborations
Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and optimize content accordingly
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
Core Requirements (Must-Have)
Strong creative thinking and ability to consistently generate engaging content ideas
Hands-on experience with content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Solid understanding of platform management (posting, scheduling, engagement handling)
Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube content formats and best practices
Ability to work from office in Chennai in a fast-paced environment
