Role Overview:

Esri India is seeking a detail-oriented Sr. GIS Data Analyst with hands-on expertise in ArcGIS Pro to support enterprise GIS implementations at client locations. This role involves managing geospatial data, enabling enterprise workflows, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality GIS solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain GIS datasets ensuring data integrity, standardization, and version control.

• Perform QA/QC to validate spatial and non-spatial data accuracy and consistency.

• Prepare, analyze, and structure GIS data aligned with enterprise schemas and coordinate systems. • Publish and manage map and feature services within ArcGIS Enterprise.

• Support enterprise GIS workflows and assist in application configuration.

• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and resolve data dependencies.

• Deliver GIS outputs aligned with business needs and project timelines.

Desired Qualification:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Geoinformatics / GIS / Remote Sensing / related field.

• 2–3+ years of experience in GIS data management and analysis.

• Strong proficiency in ArcGIS Pro.

• Working knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise and spatial data formats.

• Solid understanding of GIS analysis, projections, and map preparation.
