JP Healthcare is a third-party cosmetic manufacturer based in Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh. We manufacture skin care, hair care, body care, baby care, men’s care, and more for brands across India under private label and contract manufacturing.
Role overview
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Sales Representative to handle client communication and inquiries. You will be the main point of contact for our B2B clients answering their questions, sharing product details, and making sure they have a smooth experience with us.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Share information about our products, pricing, and services
- Follow up on sample requests and orders
- Stay in touch with existing clients and collect their feedback
- Keep a record of all client interactions
What we’re looking for
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Friendly, professional, and well-organized
- Basic knowledge of computers and email
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
