Counter Staff Full Time NEW

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Counter Sales Executive to manage our cake shop counter. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling billing, packing cakes, and ensuring smooth order handover to delivery partners while maintaining cleanliness and proper counter management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting cakes and desserts according to their requirements.
• Pack cakes and other bakery products carefully for takeaway and delivery.
• Handle billing through POS/billing software and manage cash/card payments.
• Coordinate with delivery riders and hand over orders on time.
• Manage the shop counter efficiently and maintain proper display of products.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and work area.
• Maintain stock of packaging materials and inform the team if supplies are low.
• Handle customer queries politely and provide good service.
• Support the team during rush hours and ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
• Prior experience in bakery, café, or retail counter sales is preferred.
