Role Description

This is a contract position for a Hospital Consultant based in the Pune Division with a hybrid work arrangement, enabling both on-site responsibilities and flexibility for remote work. The Hospital Consultant will oversee inpatient care operations, develop and conduct training programs, support the healthcare team with expertise in medicine, and contribute to research initiatives. The consultant will collaborate with hospitals to enhance operational efficiency, healthcare services, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inpatient Care and general healthcare operations
• Experience in designing and delivering Training programs for medical staff
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Healthcare and Medicine
• Demonstrated ability to carry out research and interpret healthcare data effectively
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in medical practice
• Familiarity with IoT and AI applications in healthcare (preferred but not mandatory)
• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with relevant consultative experience in hospitals
