What you’ll Learn & Experience
- Analyzing business data for effective business decision
- Forecasting & budgeting cash flows
- Incumbent shall be responsible for assisting the Senior Managers in day to day activities carried out in the Finance and Accounts BU
- Cost optimization and analysis of expenses
- Preparing and maintaining yearly detailed budgets/mid-year forecasts under different planning cycles and comparing with actuals so also suggesting action plans
- Preparing budgets for different functions of the organization
- Preparation of Annual and Quarterly budget and monitoring actual performance against the same, and highlighting the management for deviations
- Key member responsible for Finance automation, involves understanding of various finance processes, identifying scope of automation, working with third party vendors
- Key part of the project to improve cost to Income Ratio of the company
- Monthly tracking of P&L expenses including deep dive investigation of material breaks, root cause analysis and fixing the gap with proper resolution leading to effective management
Responsible for cost benefit analysis of all outsourcing projects and capex plans
