Project Executive (Web & Content) Full Time

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Project Executive (Web & Content) who will work closely with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality digital projects. This role combines website creation, content development, and strategic thinking, with a strong focus on building engaging, storytelling-driven web experiences.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of creating, managing, and continuously improving the company’s website, ensuring it is always up-to-date, aligned with the brand identity, and effectively showcases products. They should be able to structure content clearly, maintain design and messaging consistency, and use storytelling to enhance the overall user experience.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in website development (using CMS or builders), basic design capabilities, and the ability to translate ideas into well-structured digital content. A strong willingness to learn and effectively use AI tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver digital projects on time and within scope.
• Work hands-on in creating, updating, and managing websites using CMS platforms, website builders, or relevant tools.
• Understand client and internal requirements and translate them into actionable tasks and structured web content.
• Develop and organize website content with a storytelling approach to enhance user engagement and clarity.
• Handle small design tasks independently (icons, banners, cards, basic UI elements).
• Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy across all web pages and project deliverables.
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, content quality, research, and workflow efficiency.
• Create and maintain project documentation and basic digital content when required.
• Participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and digital trends, and quickly adapt to new concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in website creation using CMS platforms, website builders, or similar tools like WIX, shopify & Squarespace.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
• Ability to create and manage web content with clarity and structure.
• Strong understanding of project requirements and task coordination.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and knowledge of responsible usage.
• Interest in digital storytelling, UX writing, or content strategy.
• Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and concepts quickly.

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Basic knowledge of SEO (meta tags, headings, content structure).
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, or automation.
• Exposure to analytics or performance tracking tools.
