IT Infrastructure Engineer Full Time NEW

Grow Your Staff is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer for an IT Infrastructure company based in Hyderabad. The position is a full-time opportunity in Hyderabad, India.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in Hyderabad, supporting on-ground infrastructure setup and maintenance across multiple sites.

Experience: 2-4 years

CTC: INR 4-6 LPA

Location: On-site (Hyderabad)

Time: 10 AM to 7 PM IST (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure across client sites, including server rooms and data centers
• Support installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware such as servers, racks, switches, and networking equipment
• Monitor system performance and ensure the uptime and reliability of the infrastructure
• Handle basic network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and hardware checks
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and installations
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and site activities
• Travel across different locations within the city for on-site support and deployments

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and server environments
• Familiarity with hardware components such as servers, routers, switches, and cabling
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to systems and networks
• Willingness to travel frequently within the city for site work
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to work in on-site, field-based environments
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or technical support (freshers with strong knowledge can also be considered)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in infrastructure and data center environments
