Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst with strong knowledge of AI tools, technologies, and business analysis practices. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, data teams, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, define AI-driven solutions, and contribute to the development of scalable AI products.

This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, business understanding, and hands-on exposure to AI platforms and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI-driven initiatives.
• Identify business opportunities where AI/ML solutions can improve processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, business use cases, and success metrics.
• Work closely with data scientists, developers, and engineering teams to design AI-powered solutions.
• Build prototypes or assist in developing AI-enabled tools using GPT, automation platforms, or ML frameworks.
• Translate business challenges into technical requirements, workflows, and user stories.
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate AI tools, APIs, and platforms.
• Perform data analysis and interpret model outputs to support business decision-making.
• Ensure AI solutions align with business goals, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.
• Support Agile product development processes and participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software environments.
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools, LLMs, automation platforms, or ML solutions.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including NLP, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, APIs, or no-code/low-code AI platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering skills.
• Experience creating documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of system integrations and API-based workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building, deploying, or supporting AI-based products or solutions.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic understanding of model evaluation and AI performance metrics.
